50 HOUR CERTIFICATION
30 HOURS
In-Studio Practical
30 hours of the program take place in studio and emphasize hands on instruction, practice teaching, and supervised application, preparing instructors to confidently lead professional Reformer classes and private sessions.
10 HOURS
Online Platform
10 hours of the program are delivered through a self paced online component focused on apparatus theory, safety standards, and teaching methodology.
7 HOURS
Personal Practice
7 hours of the program is directed towards personal practice within a Reformer Pilates class setting. Students will participate in many Reformer Pilates class with other students and Pilates enthusiasts.
3 HOURS
Observation
3 hours of observing a trained, professional Reformer Pilates instructor conduct classes. Students will be able to see in action the principles learned throughout the program in a practical way.
