Service Description

The Reformer Pilates Teacher Training is a 50 hour certification designed to refine teaching skills on the apparatus while developing greater precision, safety, and programming intelligence.  The training program covers reformer repertoire, spring selection and equipment setup, movement mechanics, effective cueing, client screening and intelligent progressions and regressions for a wide range of bodies and abilities.  This training builds on Mat Pilates and focuses on teaching Reformer classes with clarity, safety, and confidence.
